Some Solutions to Uneven Notch of Metal Circular Saw

Recently, one of our customers reported to our after-sales colleague of Jincheng Machinery that the pipe orifice cut by the automatic metal circular saw machine we bought earlier was uneven, slightly deformed, and had burrs. How do we solve this problem?

Now let me analyze the key to this problem. This is a process problem in our machinery industry. Customers can only find problems from the automatic metal circular saw machine. Either we have to change the machine or conduct secondary processing (polishing). Of course, there is a better way to replace a better metal circular saw.

If the problem is found from the existing automatic metal circular saw, it is recommended to check whether the clamps of the automatic circular saw are not clamped tightly or too tightly, because both of these conditions may lead to deformation or burrs of the pipe. In addition, you also need to check whether the saw blade is sharp, or buy a better saw blade to cut. If the above two conditions are excluded, it is likely that the mechanical problems such as insufficient power of the equipment or slow cutting speed lead to uneven pipe orifice or burrs. In this case, only a better pipe cutter can be considered.

If you purchase polishing and grinding tools for secondary processing, you can solve the problems such as burrs. However, this will lead to an increase in the company‘s production process, a slowdown in production speed, and an increase in production costs. If the requirements for nozzle are not very high, it is recommended not to use this method.
